As with every other situation you face in life, there are different ways to solve a given dental problem, and the solution can vary from quick and easy, to lengthy, comprehensive treatment. But which is right for you?
We're not going to tell you what to do.
You probably get to much of that already.
Here is how you'll be treated here...
First, explain to you what is going on, and why. When you have an understanding of what the problem is and what's causing it, you're half-way towards the solution. There are many times that seemingly serious tooth and gum problems were both solved just by giving you a great toothbrush, floss, and showing you the best way to use them. It's amazing how much your mouth and body can heal itself, if given the chance!
Second, we'll give you different options, explaining to you the good and bad about each one. Everyone has different wants and needs: cost, appearance, comfort, convenience, length of treatment - they'll all be taken into consideration when narrowing down many possible solutions into several that are right for you.
Third, you'll need to take the information we've given you, go home, and think about it. Make a decision when you are ready. If you have any questions or need clarification, just give us a call and we'll talk to you either over the phone, or set up an appointment to continue the discussion in person. There will never be any pressure for an answer. I don't like it when it's done to me - we're not going to do it to you.

Back to finances: Yes, of course payment is preferred when service is rendered. However, you'll find us also to be refreshingly flexible here. We'll work out arrangements with you to make payments over time during treatment, and even after treatment is completed, based upon the following conditions:
If you need a large amount of dental work that will take months and months to complete, we'll arrange a payment schedule that will realistically work for both you and us. We're not doing you any favors if, at the end, you have great teeth, but can't sleep because you're worried about how you're going to pay the bill!
